Return Policy

Upon approval of a return, you will be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. Please package the parts securely in a box, include a copy of the original packing list or invoice, and mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Failure to follow these steps may cause a delay in credit or no credit at all. RMA numbers are void after 30 days of issuance.

Parts must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee. Credit for returns will be applied to your account in the same manner as paid. Returns for credit will not be accepted 30 days after the invoice date.

The following parts are non-refundable:

  • Special Orders
  • Used Parts
  • Monitors
  • Hard Drives
  • Graphic Cards
  • Other electronically-based parts
