Parts Orders & Shipping
Online ordering is available at www.playitamusements.com. On our website you can view and search for parts to see current pricing and availability. You may also obtain manuals, view part images and add parts to a saved list for future ordering.
The Play It! Amusements website does not provide shipping costs during checkout. Once the order is placed and packed, shipping costs will be determined and then an email notification will be sent with the total invoice amount plus freight.
Sales order confirmation numbers are provided at the time your order is placed on our website. When contacting us about your order, please have your order confirmation number ready.
Please inspect your parts package upon receipt for damaged or missing items. Any damaged or missing items must be reported to Play It! Amusements within 5 business days of delivery. Photographs of the exterior packaging and damaged items will be required to file a claim. Play It Amusements will not be responsible for missing or damaged parts reported after this time period.
Play It! Amusements works diligently to ship orders on the same day they are received. Since all orders are processed in the order they are received, we cannot guarantee same day shipment of orders. Our guidelines for the timing of order shipments is as follows.
- Orders to ship by UPS must be received by 2:30PM CST in order to ship on that day.
- Orders to ship by FedEx must be received by 1PM CST in order to ship on that day.
Freight & Handling
Play It! Amusements, Inc. utilizes UPS as our preferred parcel carrier. We will use FedEx, DHL or any other carrier as long as the customer provides us with their account number for collect shipping. Any incorrect addresses on orders may incur additional carrier fees.
Freight is determined by the UPS list rates based on the weight and size of the shipment.
All shipments will incur an $9.50 handling fee added to the freight charge.
All orders delivered by truck and fulfilled by Play It! Amusements will incur a 30% surcharge above shipping costs.
Backordered items will have a separate shipping and handling charge added to the invoice for each individual shipment. Please notify our parts dept if you do not want partial orders to ship or write it in the order notes during web order placement.
